CHALLENGE​

SCG was tasked with helping to recruit students to the school’s new graduate program – Master of Health Communication & Information (SCI). Since this was a completely new program, there was no data or background information to help guide the recruitment process with respect to targeting, CRM, or​ branding/messaging. 

SOLUTION​

Working closely with the SCI team, SCG developed a new creative campaign supported by a multi-platform media plan that included: ​

  • Transit ​
    • Programmatic digital display/CTV​
  • Google SEM ​
  • Meta/LinkedIn​
  • Video ​
  • Healthcare eblasts​

RESULTS​

The total number of applicants from our initial campaign exceeded the goal of total applicants. Our Media campaign drove 22% of total applicants. In addition, we ran ads promoting monthly information sessions for the new program, since they proved to be a direct feeder to the application process. Of those individuals attending the information sessions, 30% first became aware of them through the ads. Overall, the campaign was successful and exceeded client expectations.​
