Digital Media Specialist

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies in support of SCG’s Advertising and Recruitment campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience executing
effective digital campaigns across various platforms, with a strong background in Search Engine Marketing specifically within the Google Display Network. Additionally, you will analyze data and metrics daily to measure the success of digital campaigns and
make recommendations for optimization. Experience in media operations and DCM is a plus. This is a dynamic role that requires a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in managing digital media platforms and tools.

Digital Media Specialist Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor digital media platforms, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, consumer insights, and upcoming industry trends.
  • Use analytics tools to track website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns by monitoring performance, adjusting budgets, and targeting strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our digital strategies.
  • Implement proper tagging for all digital campaigns utilizing DoubleClick Campaign Manager.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital media tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DCM, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in digital marketing, specifically search engine marketing.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of successful digital campaigns or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or related areas are a plus.
