CHALLENGE
To create awareness and usage of NJPIES as a state-wide resource during non-emergency situations.
SOLUTION
Launch a media campaign utilizing a mix of digital tactics to reach the target audience. Tactics include:
Programmatic Digital Display and Sponsored Content
Rationale: A programmatic digital display approach affords a broad, highly targeted reach on various sites throughout the state, as well as other web sites where the target may be such as cnn.com, nj.com, foxnews.com, nfl.com, etc. A programmatic display campaign also gives us the ability to geo-fence specific locations such as key hospitals in NJ to help engagement such as RWJ, Hackensack Meridian, Morristown, Jefferson Health, Virtua, and Inspira. Display and Sponsored content runs in both English and Spanish.
Google Ads- Search and Display
Rationale: People, when looking for immediate help, a phone number, or information turn to Google. SCG helped create specific keywords to drive ads for NJPIES to the top of the page and lead residents to the NJPIES’ website for guidance. A Google Display component is part of the Google Ads campaign to help build brand awareness.
Social Media- Facebook and Instagram
Rationale: Facebook and Instagram were recommended to help create overall awareness and drive people to the website to learn more. The ads were run in both English and Spanish.
RESULTS
The campaign generated over 10,000 clicks per month to its website from the Google Ads and over 2,000 clicks per month from its paid social ads. Most importantly, according to the client’s G4 analytics, 63% of visits to its website came from our agency campaign.
