Want Workers To Stay? Promote Them, Survey Says
Internal career opportunities go a long way in keeping turnover rates low, research has shown. LinkedIn data found that employees who have opportunities to change roles within an organization remain onboard longer. LinkedIn found that after three years of tenure, employees who advance career-wise have a 70% chance of remaining on staff.
